Kate Beckinsale

Kathrin Romany Beckinsale was born 26 July 1973. [1][2][3] She is an English model, actress and singer. Her film debut came after a few small television parts. She was a student at Oxford University when she appeared in Much Ado About Nothing (1993). She was in British costume dramas such as Prince of Jutland (1994), Cold Comfort Farm (1995), Emma (1996), Shooting Fish (1997) (a contemporary romantic crime comedy) and The Golden Bowl (2000) along with various stage and radio productions. Beckinsale made her first film in the United States in late 1990s. After appearing in smaller-scale dramas The Last Days of Disco (1998) and Brokedown Palace (1999), Beckinsale appeared in Pearl Harbor (2001), Serendipity (2001) and Tiptoes (2003). Following her roles in The Aviator (2004) & Click (2006) in which she appeared as herself. These films made Beckinsale an established actress in Hollywood. She also played in Click (2006) as well as The Aviator (2004). Her appearances in dramas such as Snow Angels (2007) or Nothing but the Truth (2008) and Everybody's Fine (2010) continue. She was praised for her performances in the two previous films. The year 2016 brought critical acclaim. She was awarded the Critics' Choice Movie Award for Best Actress in a Comedy for Love & Friendship. She made a return to action films with Jolt (2021). She also starred in Jolt (2021), The Widow (1919) and Guilty Party (2021).
